Student Health Center 费用
Generally there is a 20美元的费用 per visit to the Student Health Center. In addition there are miscellaneous charges, such as diagnostic tests, immunizations, routine GYN services, physical exams, treatments and prescription medications. See the Fee Schedule below.
No insurance billing is done by the Student Health Center. Health coverage is not required but is strongly recommended for off-campus providers or diagnostic procedures that are not offered at the health center.
Receipts obtained at the health center after payment for services can be used as documentation for health insurance reimbursement if needed.
NO SHOW FEE
Beginning October 30th, 2023, the Student Health Center will implement a "No-Show" fee of $15. We reserve the right to charge your student 爪子 account for appointments not kept or not canceled up to 2 hours before the appointment.
This also applies if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment and you are marked as a “No-Show”, the fee may be assessed to your student 爪子 account.
Payment 政策
Payment is expected at time of service.
You may pay by cash, check, Bobcat Express or have the charges bursar billed to your student account.
